"Life's most important answers are found in asking the right questions."
What is coaching?
A coach asks thoughtful questions to engage and awaken your own awareness and natural wisdom, integrating the whole person towards your goals and aspirations. The coach works along with you to define and achieve an authenticity that creates the best version of you. It’s really about how you want to show up in life, at work and at play.
A coach is an accountability partner that invites you to consider the situation from many angles and how each person has responsibility for a situation-- including you, however hard it may be to admit. Sometimes, assessment tools help highlight certain strengths or insights and offer some explanation but the interaction with the coach is the source of the greatest awareness for you. Coaching assumes nothing has to be fixed but that you have within you all that you need to create and make a change. And, as your coach, I trust in your ability to do this through reflection, discussion and exercises many of which you will do own your own between sessions.
Coaching is a commitment to the person you want to become.
A coach builds capacity; greater insight, focus, energy, commitment, and motivation to take the next steps with confidence and purpose. A gifted master coach once said: “A teacher answers your questions and a coach questions your answers” since the coach is dedicated to develop in you a new way of thinking; a new way of being. The coach helps you navigate the change required not to repeat the past and to create an aspired future.
A coach creates the means for you to develop your own path to thrive.
